Employment law is my area of expertise. During my studies, I focused on employment and social security law, later working for more than five years at the Centre for Labor Relations and Employment Law (ZAAR) in Munich, where I also completed my doctoral studies in employment law.
After my legal traineeship, After completing my legal clerkship, I worked as a legal counsel for the Bavarian Youth Ring, as well as an attorney at a large full-service law firm, a mid-sized law firm, and most recently at an international labor law boutique firm. After this broad education and experience, I founded melle.legal in 2025. With these experiences – together with my background in business administration – I am able to address employment law matters not only with legal precision but also with an understanding of economic interests and practical implementation.
For many years, I have also been active as an author and lecturer on employment law, social security law and labour migration law.
As a passionate mountaineer and voluntary mountain rescuer, I know how important it is to stay calm and make clear decisions in challenging situations – an attitude I also bring to my legal work.
I advise companies and organizations in the social economy on all matters of labor law. After completing my legal clerkship, I was admitted to the bar in 2024 and began my legal practice at a boutique law firm specializing in labor law.
I have been part of melle.legal since 2026. There, I primarily advise employers on all day-to-day labor law issues and represent them before courts and government.
During my school and university years, I was a member and chair of the youth council in my hometown for many years. The board experience I gained there helps me today, particularly when advising on collective labor law and dealing with the differing interests of the parties involved. Through my work at a student legal clinic, I came into contact with legal counseling early on. As a lawyer, it is my mission to not only identify legal risks but also to find solutions for my clients that work in practice and have long-term sustainability.
I love organizing and have a strong affinity for IT. I’m able to use both of these skills very effectively at melle.legal. After completing my training as an industrial business assistant, I worked for many years as a sales assistant at large companies before joining a law firm specializing in labor and civil law in recent years.
I have been part of the melle.legal team since 2026, where I am primarily responsible for all matters related to office organization, accounting, and IT.
Like all team members, I have been involved in volunteer work for many years and contribute my organizational skills in various ways, including as chairwoman of the Association for the Support of Handball in Weilheim e.V.
